1. Same Day Delivery Inside Kathmandu Valley:
- Orders placed before 3 PM on regular business days (Sunday to Friday) within Kathmandu Valley are eligible for same-day delivery.
- Exclusions: Same-day delivery does not apply to certain items, including Home Appliances and Customized Items.
2. Next Day Delivery for Orders After 3 PM:
- Orders placed after 3 PM on regular business days (Sunday to Friday) will be processed and delivered the next day (Inside Kathmandu Valley)
3. Weekend Orders (Friday After 3 PM):
- Orders placed after 3 PM on Fridays will be delivered on the following Sunday (Inside Kathmandu Valley)
4. Orders for Outside Valley
- Orders Placed for outside of Kathmandu valley will be delivered within 3-4 business days through our logistic partner.
Important Notes:
- Delivery time frames are subject to product availability, payment confirmation, and address verification.
- Our delivery services operate from Sunday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
- Please ensure the accuracy of your shipping address to avoid delays.
Shipping Fees:
- Standard shipping rates apply to all eligible orders(Added during Check out)
- Any additional charges for specific items will be clearly communicated during the checkout process.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Deliveries:
- In case of a failed delivery attempt due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, one extra attempt will be made next day subject to order cancellation if failed.
